• 1+ years of experience in SMM (experience in an agency or freelance with team collaboration is a significant plus).
• A diverse portfolio of projects across different industries.
• A deep understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms.
• A strong sense of style and an eye for high-quality visual content.
• Team spirit, responsibility, and a positive attitude — these are a must.
• Proven track record in managing accounts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube (support mode).
• Experience in creating various types of content: UGC, viral, expert, situational, etc.
