Job Opening: Junior SEO Project Manager

We are searching for a SEO Junior who possesses foundational SEO knowledge alongside strong communication and project management skills, and is ready to build partner relationships with clients.

This position sits at the intersection of SEO and Project Management — perfect for someone who wants to grow in SEO while embracing responsibility and live dialogue.

What Tasks Await You?

• Managing SEO projects in tandem with a Senior Specialist: from audit to development.
• Participating in shaping tailored strategies for each business.
• Preparing technical specifications (T&Ds) and monitoring their implementation (under mentorship).
• Analyzing results and helping adjust the strategy.
• Regular communication with clients (online meetings as agreed upon).
• Weekly syncs with the SEO team.
• Preparing reports and presenting results to clients.

A Bit About Our Projects

• Geo: 95% — Ukraine.
• Scales vary greatly — from large e-commerce stores with 100,000+ pages to local businesses (e.g., a dental clinic in Osokorky).
• CMS we work with: WordPress, Shopify, OpenCart. Experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

We’ll Definitely Match If You:

• Have 0.5+ years of experience in SEO or have completed relevant courses.
• Want to develop in SEO and are eager to learn.
• Possess strong communication skills: you can clearly articulate thoughts, maintain the structure of a conversation, and don’t get lost when facing tough questions.
• Know how to listen to the client and explain complex things in simple words.
• Don’t shy away from responsibility.
• Stay resilient and don't "break down" when dealing with challenging clients.
• Are detail-oriented and structured in your work.
• Are proactive—ready to propose solutions rather than just waiting for tasks from above.

Would be a plus:

• Experience with Ahrefs, Serpstat, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics.
• Understanding of basic internet marketing principles.

How We Work

• Number of projects: up to 10 simultaneously (depending on the complexity and your level of autonomy).
• At the start, you will work closely with a more experienced SEO specialist.
• You won't be working alone: we have dedicated content managers, link builders, and developers.
