SEO Project Manager

We are Locomotive Digital! A team that promotes businesses through SEO, PPC, SMM, and targeting, creating tailored digital strategies for e-commerce, medicine, education, and other niches. We don't work with templates — quality, transparency, and results matter to us.

We are looking for a SEO Project Manager — a specialist with technical experience in SEO from 1 year, whose strong suit is communication, negotiations, and client service. This is a role for someone who feels equally confident in analytics and promotion tools as well as in client calls.

Maturity and autonomy are essential to us: the ability to confidently defend team decisions in front of the client and not be afraid of difficult discussions. At the start, we will provide full mentorship support to facilitate your onboarding.

What tasks await you?

• SEO Project Execution: From audit to growth and scaling. Strategy formulation, preparing technical tasks for the team, and controlling implementation.
• Client Service: The SEO Project Manager is the key link between the client and the team. Conducting online meetings, presenting strategy, defending results, and agreeing on plans.
• Resource Management: Coordinating the team's work (you will have copywriters, link builders, and developers at your disposal).
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitoring website rankings, analyzing promotion results, and preparing monthly reports.
• Financial Control: Monitoring timely payment of invoices by clients.

A bit about our projects

• Geo: 95% — Ukraine.
• Scale: From local businesses (e.g., dentistry) to large e-commerce platforms with 100,000+ pages.
• CMS: WordPress, Shopify, OpenCart.

We’ll definitely match if you:

• Have real experience in SEO from 1 year (understand semantics, technical SEO, link building, and work confidently with Ahrefs, Screaming Frog / Netpeak Spider, GSC, GA4).
• Possess well-developed soft skills: not afraid to communicate with clients, know how to argue your expert opinion, and build partner relationships.
• Strive for independence: learn quickly, make decisions, and manage tasks without micromanagement from above.
• Are detail-oriented and systematic: don't lose details in projects and keep track of deadlines.
