Targeting Specialist

LOCOMOTIVE DIGITAL is an agency that helps e-commerce businesses scale through SEO, PPC, SMM, and targeted advertising. We work across various niches—avoiding "cookie-cutter" approaches and building custom strategies for every project.

Our clients: Okwine, Konfkisat, Venbest, Chudo Ostriv, Mafia — e-commerce, retail, services, and national brands.

We aren't looking for someone who just knows how to click the "Promote" button. We need a Targeted Ads Specialist (Targetologist) who sees real products and living customers behind the data. If you are genuinely interested in the mechanics of successful launches, finding "the perfect" creative-audience match, and identifying growth points where others only see dry statistics—we look forward to your application.

What we want to see in your portfolio:

  • 📌 Niche, budgets, and tools used.
  • 📌 Concrete results: ROAS, CPA, Revenue.
  • 📌 Your logic: which hypotheses worked and why.

If your projects are under NDA: we respect confidentiality. In this case, please provide cases in an anonymous format (without the brand name, but including the niche description, ROI/ROAS figures, budgets, and your specific actions).

Portfolio format: PDF file or a link to Google Docs (with open access).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing promotion strategies for e-commerce projects.
  • Budget planning based on goals (ROAS / CPA / CAC).
  • Competitor and audience analysis, creating customer personas.
  • Setting up account structures and launching campaigns in Meta Ads.
  • Building funnels and managing key metrics.
  • Generating and testing hypotheses.
  • Collaborating with the team (PM, designer, copywriter).
  • Providing transparent analytics and reporting.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • 1+ year of experience in targeted advertising (e-commerce — goods and services).
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and audience management (custom/look-alike).
  • Experience working with catalogs/product feeds and the Meta Pixel.
  • Analytics skills: GTM, GA4 (UA is a plus).
  • Ability to interpret data, as well as build and segment audiences.
  • Ability to write clear technical briefs (TAs) for designers and copywriters.

  • 💰 Compensation: Base salary of 20,000 UAH + monthly bonuses directly tied to the number of projects you manage. The more projects you take on and manage successfully, the higher your income. There is no "glass ceiling."
