Graphic Designer (SMM)

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who senses trends, loves beautiful and well-thought-out social media visuals, quickly generates ideas, and brings them to life 😎

We work at a fast production pace: the workload per designer is 500–700 visuals per month (stories, carousels, covers).

This role is for someone who:

• Already has relevant experience handling a large volume of social media creatives
• Works quickly and confidently, without endless searching for solutions
• Maintains consistent quality amidst a steady flow of tasks
• Has a "seasoned hand" and a solid grasp of social media formats

It's an ideal match if you already have a regular practice working in this format.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in graphic design
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom)
• Deep understanding of design principles, composition, and color theory
• Experience working with vector graphics
• Ability to work according to brand books and design references
• Creativity and an innovative approach to solving design challenges
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team

Mandatory:

• A high-quality portfolio showcasing visuals for SMM projects (commercial experience required).

Nice-to-have additional skills:

• Knowledge and hands-on experience with AI tools for design.

Your responsibilities:

• Creating visually appealing graphic content across various platforms
• Developing unique illustrations for the website and social media channels
• Sourcing and adapting creative references for projects
• Designing corporate materials and presentations

🕘 Schedule: 5/2, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

💸 Base salary: 25,000 UAH (+ monthly performance bonuses based on volume)
